What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and accelerated checkouts like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your payment details are processed securely.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes—before it ships. Email Scentracandleco@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once fulfilled, we can’t make changes, but you can start a return after delivery (see policy below).
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code at checkout in the Discount field and click Apply. One code per order unless otherwise stated. Codes can’t be applied after an order is placed.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and local regulations.
Shipping & Returns
What are your shipping rates and carriers?
We ship within the U.S. via [Carrier].
- Flat rate: $X.XX per order
- Free shipping: orders $Y+ (pre-tax)
We currently don’t ship to P.O. boxes/APO/FPO (update this if you do).
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing takes 1–2 business days. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.
How do I track my package?
Your tracking link is emailed (and SMS if provided) when the order ships. If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find the package, check with household members/neighbors and contact your local carrier office.
What if my item arrives damaged or my package is lost?
If your order arrives damaged/defective, email photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label to Scentracandleco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund once reviewed. Lost packages confirmed by the carrier are handled case-by-case.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unburned items in original packaging.
- Start a return: email Scentracandleco@gmail.com with your order number.
- Change-of-mind returns: customer pays return shipping; original shipping isn’t refundable.
- Non-returnable items: used candles, final-sale items, gift cards.
- Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection (please allow 3–10 business days once approved).
